The complex is located near the center of Zeist. Zeist is located in the province Utrecht and is located in the wooded area of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. The complex is within walking distance of the Brink nature park and has various desirable amenities in the area such as: various shops, restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. There are also several bus stops within walking distance and the central station and the center of Utrecht are approximately 30 minutes by bike. The location also has good public connections to various (university) schools. Zeist has its own station "Driebergen-Zeist" which can be reached at about 15 minutes by bike.
The room is located on the second floor and the surface of the room is 19m². The large kitchen and two bathrooms are shared with the inmates.
The rental price is € 580,- including advance payment for G/W/L and service costs.

The guarantee is equal to twice the monthly rent (incl. rent). Rent allowance is not possible. Registration is possible at the address.
