About the place

Located in the 'Russian neighborhood' of Zaandam, the property is within walking distance of the train and bus station (a 7-minute walk). There are also plenty of shops and supermarkets within a 3 km radius. On Thursdays and Saturdays, there is a nice open-air market with plenty of fresh products right behind the house.

The neighborhood has an authentic "Zaans" character, reflected in the local architecture. It is a quiet area that still offers the convenience of being close to the town center.

It is a lovely home— about 33 m² per floor, with two bedrooms upstairs (though I have converted one room into a small home gym). The 22 m² terrace really enhances the sense of space. The property features a private entrance and access to a small storage shed.
