I offer two different rooms in a two sleepingroom appartment. Both rooms can accomadate 1 person only. You can register at Zaandam. You share with your flatmates the facilities of livingroom , kitchen, bathroom and balkcony. So you live with two people in this nice apartment and will have a big livingroom. The price mentioned is for 1 person.

Your maximum age when you start the contract must be 27. So older people do not react on this advertisement. We prefer working people. The contract will maximum be for 5 years. If a couple or two friends want to rent the both rooms we would prefer this.

Rental price per room is 786 euro. costs for electricity, water and gas is 175 euro a month. Taxes are shared among tennants.

About the apartment:

This completely renovated apartment, is cosy and modern. It has two sleeping rooms, a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen is fully equiped. The big terras is on the south, so whole day sun. 

The apartment has been recently renovated, so you can just move in  without doing anything. The neighbourhood on the zuiddijk is quiet. Within 15 min you are in central amsterdam by bus. To park your car is for free here.
