You register yourself at the address with the municipality. I hope you stay for a long time.

I want you to provide pay slips for the past 3 months and your employment contract.

The rental price is € 1600, including gas, electricity and water and excluding municipal tax for the resident.

The deposit is €2500.

I want you to take out home contents insurance, it is not expensive. (I have building insurance)

You can speak in advance with two other residents who rent from me as a reference. They live a few apartments away from you and know me as a landlord.
