In good condition and fully furnished chalet. Equipped with all the comforts you would expect "at home" such as a sofa, armchair, dining area with 4 chairs, washing machine, and a Smart TV. Both bedrooms have a bed (one double and two singles). On top of the basic amenities, there is also a dishwasher, air conditioning for hot days, and combi microwave with oven function.
On nice days you can enjoy the veranda, and cold days are no problem thanks to excellent insulation and central heating.
The park is open all year round year, but from October 1st to April 1st, the restaurant and supermarket are closed. There are plenty of alternatives within 15 minutes by bike. 

The chalet is located on campsite “De Heigraaf”, a wonderful place within walking distance of the “Henschotermeer” and in the middle of the “Utrechtse Heuvelrug”. 

In addition to the rent and service charges, you pay € 5.70 park fee per person per day (current price level) including parking and access to the Henschotermeer lake), which is not included in the rent (in case of absence you do not pay this).

Included is gas, electricity, water, and WiFi.

Parking is available right next to the chalet (larger cars and visitors on the nearby parking lot). 

During the black out period (use by the owner) any personal belongings can be stored. The rental can start per June 1st, or August 29th.
