This beautiful apartment has a.o. a royal living room, a modern kitchen (with a dishwasher, freezer, etc.) and  bathroom (with bath and shower), 2 large bedrooms (more than 16 m2 each), a balcony and a storage box. The building has an elevator and the total living area is about 85 m2.

The university is close by. About a few hundred meters and only a few minutes by bicycle. Also the distance to the city centre is about 1 km.

The apartment  is available from May 8th 2025 and is fully furnished. The minimal rent period is 6 months.
The rent is € 1,795 per month including service costs and furniture, but excluding heating costs / electricity and internet.
The deposit is € 1,795.
N.B. This apartment is not suited for several students (no permit), but rather for employees of the university / companies, PhD students, etc.
