About the place

Due to a long-term trip, I am looking for someone, or a couple, who would like to sublet my house from mid-February. The start and end dates are still flexible, and there is a possible chance of extension.

My property is a terraced house in a quiet neighbourhood, located between two houses with elderly people. The house contains everything you need to live nicely on your own: one bedroom with a bed and two bedrooms that can function as a workplace.
Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is large enough for you to find all the peace and quiet you need at home. There is also roughly 40m2 of garden attached to the house, including a shed where you can put your bike inside.

The house contains 6 solar panels, making energy costs very low, and it includes very fast fibre-optic internet. Furthermore, the house includes a smart thermostat and a robot vacuum, to make life even easier.
