About the place

The apartment has a living room with open kitchen, a balcony, and two bedrooms, on the South and on the West side of the building. Floor surface (m2): 82 m2. Facilities: fully equipped (including sheets, towels, etc.). Preferences for tenant: guest researchers / professionals / post-docs or PhD students at WUR or one of the other research and academic education institutes in Wageningen, preferably non-smoking (no smoking inside the apartment).
Price per month: € 1400 plus utilities. Utilities advance payment is € 300, to be paid with the rent. To be settled depending on the renter’s actual use of gas and electricity, on a yearly basis or at the end of the rental period.
Available starting September 15, until June 30 2025. Then again from September 15 2025 to June 30 2026, and so on.   
Note: the owners need the apartment themselves for the summer months, July and August, and the first half of September. If needed we can make that somewhat earlier, but not earlier than August 31. 
In other words: the apartment is available in the coming years, with the understanding that each year the renters will vacate from June 30 to September 15, or at the very least the months of July and August (July 1 – August 31).
