• The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a spacious living room with an open kitchen (see photo 4 for the floor plan and layout). The second bedroom can be used as an office, but also as a guest room (because of the sofa bed).

• The house is fully furnished and upholstered, making it immediately habitable. The (blackout) curtains have been hung for you and all important furniture is present, including small appliances, dinnerware, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, etc.
• The house is equipped with fast internet (1000 Mbit fiber optic), which makes working from home excellent.
• There is a private bicycle shed.
• The house is on the second floor and can only be reached via a staircase.

RENTAL PRICE

OTHER COSTS

The monthly rent excludes:
• the cleaning costs (the house is compulsorily cleaned and you pay € 32 in cash to the cleaner every 2 weeks for 2 hours of cleaning);
• the costs of liability insurance (you pay approximately € 3 per person per month to an insurance company of your choice);
• the municipal housing taxes (if you wish to register with the municipality of Utrecht, you will pay approximately € 58 monthly for the entire home in municipal taxes to the municipality of Utrecht).


OTHER INFORMATION

• The rental contract can be terminated by the tenant at any time (with a notice period of 1 calendar month).
• Deposit is 2 months basic rent.
• Final cleaning mandatory (one-off € 150).
• The rented property is for a maximum of 2 people. This could be a couple or home sharers (for example two students). Parents with children are not allowed (due to noise pollution to the immediate neighbors).
• Playing musical instruments is not possible (due to noise pollution to the immediate neighbors).
• Pets are not allowed.
