About the place

While I am abroad for work (minimum of one year), my comfortable and fully furnished home will be available for rent. The rental agreement will be arranged under the diplomatic clause, making it especially suitable for expats and professionals on assignment.

The property is a great fit for a family or for friends renting together (with one primary tenant). It offers four bedrooms: two furnished with beds and two designed as home offices, one of which can easily be turned into an additional bedroom if needed.

The spacious living room connects to a modern open kitchen with high-quality appliances and opens onto a sunny south-facing garden – perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The rent is €2,500 per month excluding utilities, with a one-month deposit required. Please note: not available for groups of bachelor students.
