Welcome to our modernly furnished house with authentic details and a spacious upper floor. Located in the popular Tuinwijk district, this house is in a quiet area, with the city center just a five-minute bike ride away! Perfect for those looking for a temporary stay in a central, but quiet location.

The bright living room has high ceilings, a 4-seater dining area with a cozy fireplace and a comfortable lounge with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and kitchenware. The bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower and washbasin.

The top floor originally consisted of two separate bedrooms, but because the wall has been removed, one spacious floor has now been created. Part of this floor has been left open and can be used as desired. It is ideal as a quiet place for yoga or meditation. The other part is the sleeping area, with a comfortable bed and lots of light. From the bedroom you enter the spacious roof terrace. There is little wind, and on sunny days there is lots of sunlight on the terrace. Even though it is winter, you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the sun here.

Supermarkets, cafes and the Griftpark are within walking distance. The district is easily accessible by public transport and car. Free parking is available a 15-minute walk away.
