Who will look after my lovely apartment for half a year (with the possibility of an extension) in the beautiful Tolsteeg district?

I have been living in this lovely apartment for 17 years, but now I am going to live together with my boyfriend on a trial basis. That’s a big step, so I would like to rent out my apartment furnished for the first half year. We can discuss which furniture will be taken or will remain, depending on what you have available also. If living together goes well, the lease can be extended and we can discuss what to do with the furniture.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a monumental apartment complex, built in 1957. The house has a storage room on the ground floor for your bike, and a balcony on the west and east side. So you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun! The apartment is located in the quiet green residential area of the popular Tolsteeg near all desirable amenities, such as the Smaragdplein shopping center with Lidl and Plus, various cozy catering establishments such as the water tower "WT Urban Kitchen", "LE:EN", Klein Berlijn", "Camping Ganspoort" etc.

The bustling city center of Utrecht with its Ledig Erf are a short walk away. Public transport connections such as Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn Station are a 5-minute walk away, and you are a 5-minute drive from the Waterlinieweg that leads to the A12, A27 and A28.

The house is located on the fourth floor without an elevator. Upon entering the hall of the apartment you will find the meter cupboard, a separate toilet with washbasin and a bedroom of 10 m2 that I now use as an office space with access to the western balcony of 6 m2. From the hall you enter the living room of 18 m2, which gives access to the western balcony. You also enter the kitchen, which was completely renovated in 2022 and is equipped with a microwave-oven, freezer and washing machine. From the kitchen you enter the eastern balcony of 2 m2. Through the kitchen you enter the bathroom. It was completely renovated in 2017 (the toilet too, by the way), and has a modern walk-in shower, a sink and towel heater. Through the bathroom you enter the bedroom of 13 m2.

The apartment has a third bedroom, but I will use it for the first six months as storage for some of our stuff. I may have to pick something up from time to timw, but I will never enter the house unannounced. I like to leave one bike in the storage room downstairs, but there is still enough space for 2 other bikes.
I determined the price via the rent check of the rent committee. The first half year I will not charge any costs for the furniture and taxes. In case of extension I would like to agree on something reasonable about that.
