Due to a stay abroad, my bright, furnished apartment of approximately 70 m² is available for one person during August and September.
Rent: €790 per month, excluding gas, water and electricity
Deposit: one month’s rent
Registration is not possible
I am looking for a quiet, tidy and reliable tenant who will take good care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbours downstairs, as the building is sound sensitive.
