About the place

As I’ll be in Berlin for my dance training, I’m subletting my lovely apartment for the months of September, October, November, and December. The exact start and end dates (around the Christmas holidays) are flexible and can be discussed.

- Conveniently situated between the city center and De Uithof (Utrecht Science Park)
- Only 5 minutes by bike from Ledig Erf, 10 minutes from the city center, and close to Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn station.
- Spacious living room with a sitting area and dining table
- Separate kitchen with all essentials: small oven, microwave, blender, fridge, dishes, and cookware – all available for use
- Small bedroom. 
- Closet space (I’ll clear space for your belongings)
- Shower and convenient utility nook with washing machine
- Balconies at both the front and back
- Lots of plants (ideally, you enjoy caring for them!)

💶 Rent: 1500 includes internet, gas, water, electricity, and other utilities.

🔎 Who am I looking for?

A quiet and reliable person who will treat the place with care. No smoking indoors. The building has thin walls, so it’s important to be considerate of the neighbors (who are very quiet themselves). No parties or disturbances, please.
