Het zit in een groot studentenpand met totaal 26 kamers. Diverse winkels, horeca-voorzieningen en supermarkten zijn op loopafstand. OV-verbindingen zijn ook op loopstand aanwezig; het Centraal Station en de Uithof ligt op 5 tot 10 minuten fietsafstand. Douches en toiletten worden gedeeld met de medebewoners.
De kamer zit op de derde verdieping en is 11m2. De kamer is voorzien van een keukenblok met wastafel. Door het dakraam is het een lichte kamer.
De huurprijs van de kamer bedraagt € 460,- exclusief G/W/L en servicekosten. De waarborgsom is tweemaal de maandhuur. Huurtoeslag is niet mogelijk.
Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.
Het aanleveren van een geldige studentenverklaring is voor deze locatie verplicht. Hier mogen enkel studenten wonen.
