About the place

This cozy apartment on Singelstraat will be available for 3 months starting November 1. It is located in the center of Utrecht, within walking distance of the train station (10 minutes). There are two rooms, a bathroom (with toilet), a kitchen, and a small balcony overlooking a beautiful green park. The new tenant(s) must meet the following conditions:
- Student
- Not currently registered in Utrecht
The apartment can be rented to one student with a bedroom + living room or two students and divided into 2 bedrooms.  
The following furniture is available (to use or purchase): 
- One double bed 
- Refrigerator 
- Washing machine 
- Sofa 
- Dining table
