Ideal house for expats! We are renting our beautiful home on Singelstraat in Utrecht from September 1, 2025. We are ideally looking for a working couple who wants to rent the home for at least a year. There is room for a maximum of 2 adults in the home, so do not respond if you want to move into the home with 3 people.

Nice living in Utrecht. That is possible in this neighborhood. Singelstraat is located in the Pijlsweerd-Zuid neighborhood. The neighborhood has a relatively large number of young residents between the ages of 25 and 44. Furthermore, it is a relatively quiet neighborhood considering the population density.

The home is easily accessible with many amenities in the area. Situated within walking distance of the center of Utrecht, walking distance from a supermarket and walking distance from a train station. In addition, the nearest exit road in the vicinity is only a 6-minute drive away.

Layout: the home consists of four rooms, three of which are bedrooms. There is also a bathroom and two separate toilets. The garden has sun all summer long so you can enjoy being outside, the shed in the garden will remain.

All the furniture will remain in the house, it is included in the rental price. You will pay an advance for gas, water and electricity. If your actual usage is 5% more/less than your advance, a settlement will take place at the end of each year.
