– You can rent the place for the full period: end of November 2025 – June 2026
– You are a true animal lover and will lovingly care for my two indoor cats (see photos)
– You are either a single tenant (1 person) or a couple/partners (2 people)
– You have lived independently before and know what it means to care for a home
– You’re open to a meeting in advance, as well as a clear handover regarding care for the cats

I’m offering my well-maintained home in Utrecht for temporary sublet (6 months).
Fully furnished and suitable for one person or a couple.

💶 Rent (incl. gas, water, electricity, internet, furniture, etc.):

– €1350/month for a couple

Fully refundable if the home is returned in good condition and utilities stay within the agreed limits.
