About the place

Hey house hunter(s)!

In mid-November, I'll be going on a trip for a few months and will be away from my apartment during that time. I'm not yet sure exactly how long I'll be gone, but the rental period will be for at least three months. Towards the end of this period, we can discuss if, and to what extent, we want to extend the rental.

The rent includes service charges and the care of two cats :-)

Some info about the apartment:

Apartment size: 65 m²
There's also a balcony of 8 m².
The bathroom is small, but the bedroom is quite large :)
Housing allowance not possible
Internet via WiFi
No TV connection, but you can watch TV through apps on the TV itself or cast to Chromecast.
Washing machine and dryer available in the shared common area.

Fully furnished and equipped, including:

Bread machine
Pasta maker
Blender, hand mixer, etc.
Fitness bench
Wine climate cabinet
Bar to sit at (and, of course, drink at).

Some info about the cats:

They are Siberian cats (Milan and Yegor). Their personalities are very sweet, social, affectionate, and super easygoing (I personally think they're more like dogs than cats). Milan will follow you around all day wanting to be petted and held. Yegor will come to you on his own terms. They don’t scratch, bite, or destroy anything. The only downside, perhaps, is that they shed a lot of fur. I have an automatic feeder, so you don’t need to worry much about feeding them, except that Milan occasionally needs extra food in his own bowl (Yegor tends to eat everything). You'll also need to scoop the litter box regularly, change it from time to time, and refill their water.
