About the place

Hi,

As my partner and I will be traveling, we’re temporarily renting out our apartment from October 3rd until the end of June.
It’s a modern, fully furnished 95m² apartment with 3 rooms and a sunroom that opens onto a south-facing balcony. The apartment overlooks the water.

-Bathroom with shower and toilet
- Additional separate toilet
- Includes a private parking space

Registration is only possible for one person.
The apartment is located in Hoograven (Utrecht).

Our preference is for a single person or a couple (working), aged between 25 and 40, who are able to rent the apartment for the entire period.

Viewings will be scheduled in consultation. If you're not available in person, a video call is also an option.
