We are looking for a tenant (single or couple) who wants to rent our apartment temporarily because we are going on a trip for half a year. It is a quietly furnished, modern house with all amenities. Large balcony to sit outside in late summer, private parking space and a storage room with washing machine, dryer and space to park your bike.

We are looking for neat people who can temporarily look after our house. Rental price includes fiber optic internet, TV, electricity and water. For the consumption costs of the heating network we work with an advance of € 100, - per month and settlement according to consumption at the end of the rental period.
