TARGET GROUP:
Are you a PhD candidate from abroad or within the Netherlands? Then, we may rent the apartment to you or you and your partner for a maximum of two years. If you are a Dutch PhD student, you must be primarily registered with a municipality in the Netherlands other than Utrecht (in accordance with Article 7:271, paragraph 2, of the Dutch Civil Code). We can also offer a campus contract (in accordance with Article 7:274d of the Dutch Civil Code). In that case, your tenancy agreement may last longer, as it is linked to your PhD position at a Dutch university (not a university of applied sciences). Once you have obtained your doctorate, you may continue to live in our apartment for up to 6 months. To rent the apartment, you must provide proof of registration with the municipality where you are currently registered. You must also submit annual proof of your PhD candidacy at a Dutch university.

The building has a secured central entrance with mailboxes and an intercom system. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator or stairs. The property consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a renovated bedroom, and a living room with a semi-open kitchen. The kitchen door opens onto an east-facing balcony.
