About the place

Our lovely apartment on the Jutfaseweg in Utrecht will be temporarily available! Most likely from September, or otherwise from October.

Waking up to the view of the water tower is a daily joy, and being surrounded by the charm of Utrecht makes this home truly special for us — and maybe soon for you too.

The green parakeets fly by every morning and evening, and from here you can enjoy both the vibrant city life and the calm of nearby parks, forests, or a daily walk around the canal.

This spot is perfect if you love the city but also value peace and quiet.

Normally we don't rent out our apartment, but with a heavy heart, we’ve decided to sell it. Until then, we’re opening it up for a short-term rental.

About the apartment:
- Compact (43m²) but complete, with a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and space for up to two workstations
- Please note: it’s unfurnished, as we unfortunately have to take our furniture with us
- Two outdoor spaces: a nice balcony at both the front and back!
- Located in a small-scale, friendly apartment complex
- A+ location in Utrecht
- Everything close by: 20 min walk to the city center, 4 min walk to Vaartsche Rijn station, and 5 min drive to major highways
- €1.700 excl. utilities (G/W/E)

Important notes:
- The apartment is currently listed as a “silent sale,” but we can agree on a flexible end date together
- Strictly temporary rental only
