About the place

The apartment is situated in a quiet location near the city center and Vaartsche Rijn station, with 2 bedrooms, a bicycle shed and a private parking space.  Utrecht Central is also easy to reach.

The living room with kitchen is very bright because of the many windows and has a beautiful wooden floor.  From the living room you come to a spacious and sunny balcony with lounge set.  In recent years, a new kitchen and luxurious bathroom with rain shower and bath have been installed. The kitchen is fully equipped:
 - Dishwasher
 - Steam oven/oven/microwave combi
 - Built-in fridge and freezer
 - Integrated water cooker
 - Etc.

The bedroom contains spacious wardrobes and the utility room has plenty of storage space.  Most of the furniture in the photos will remain in the house. The apartment has its own parking space in a closed courtyard that can be rented separately.

Details:
 - Minimum rental period 6 months, maximum rental period 12 months, start date in consultation.
 - The apartment is rented for € 2,100 per month, including furniture and bicycle shed.  The costs for the associated private parking space are € 75 per month.
 - Rent is excluding district heating, electricity, water, internet, TV.  If desired, this can be arranged through the landlord.
 - Municipal use taxes are charged separately to the tenant if applicable
 - The deposit is 2 times the monthly rent
 - Income requirement: net salary at least 2.5 times the monthly rent
 - Tenant screening applicable
 - Pets not allowed
 - Smoking not allowed
 - Housing sharing is not allowed
