About the place

Since I will be traveling, I am temporarily renting out my 75 m² apartment from mid/end of November until early January (dates flexible in consultation). The apartment is modern, clean, and bright, with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a bathroom, and a parking spot in the garage underneath the building. Shops, cafés, and restaurants in Leidsche Rijn Centrum are all within walking distance. The bus to Utrecht Central Station stops in the street, and Leidsche Rijn train station is also a short walk away.

I prefer to rent to a quiet, single woman who is working (no students) and who will take good care of the apartment.
