About the place

I am looking for a student who is moving to Utrecht from another city or from abroad for their studies to rent my lovely ground-floor apartment in Lombok.

The apartment is available from 1 August 2026.

The house has a shared front entrance. Upon entering, you will find a hallway with two doors: one leading upstairs and one to the ground-floor apartment. This means you have your own private apartment, but not a separate front door.

The apartment features:

* A spacious living room (approximately 30 m²) with an open kitchen.
* A bright conservatory with large sliding glass doors opening onto the garden.
* A bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
* Access to a shared storage room with a washing machine (shared with the upstairs neighbour).
* A back entrance where you can safely store your bicycle in the garden.

The apartment is located in the popular Lombok neighbourhood, just a 10-minute bike ride from Utrecht Central Station. A bus stops directly behind the house, and you can reach Utrecht’s ring road within five minutes.

The rent is €1,250 per month excluding utilities (approximately €1,350 including utilities). The apartment is suitable for one person only.

Please note: The apartment is available exclusively to a student who is relocating to Utrecht from another municipality or from abroad for their studies.
