About the place

Because I am moving, this lovely apartment is available again. I would like to sell the furniture to the next tenant. The rental price includes internet, water and electricity. It is for a student, so registration from higher professional education or university must be proven. There is also an income requirement of €3,000, which must be proven. 

I will be moving at the end of January, but this can also be done earlier in consultation.

I am looking for someone who wants to buy my furniture, they were purchased in October and I still have all the receipts and invoices. This includes: sofa, tables, dining table, chairs, living room cupboard, separate cupboard in the kitchen, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed with mattress and drawers, bedroom and living room curtains, washing machine, oven, mirror, laundry basket, storage bins, laundry rack and waste bin. This cost me €2610.50.
