About the place

Hey guys, My name is Xuan, currently a Master law student and a part-time legal counsel.
So I have found this four-room apartment which looks amazing, it is fully furnished, has an living space of 98 m2 with a balcony all around and a beautiful view over Transwijk park and the city. Downstairs is an external storage room of 4m2.  
The house is easily accessible with many amenities nearby. Situated within cycling distance of the center of Utrecht, walking distance from a supermarket and many public transport connections around the corner. There are several arterial roads within a few minutes' drive and parking is available for free in front of the complex.
I'm posting because my current roommate is moving out. So I'm looking for a tenant who is willing to take the tenancy of his from July (can be indefinite if everything goes well!)
