About the place

During a 2 month stay abroad my place is available to rent. I'm looking for one or two working people who would temporarily like to live here, and take care of my two gerbils and my plants.

The recently renovated apartment consists of a living room, spacious bedroom, guest room/ home office, kitchen, toilet, bathroom and balcony.

The apartment is located above the Smaragdplein shopping centre, so all facilities are literally around the corner, including a bus stop. At walking distance you will find Ledig Erf (with bars and cinema), Vaartsche Rijn station and Beatrix park. The centre and central station are 10 minutes cycling away.

The gerbils stay in a terrarium in the living room. They are fairly low maintenance: some food and fresh water every day / every other day and cleaning every 2-3 weeks, and they will be fine.
