Looking for a temporary place to live in Utrecht? We're renting out our bright and spacious 100 m2 upper-floor apartment in Zuilen, as we live abroad ourselves and the previous tenants have moved out.

The property offers:

Since it's an upper-floor apartment, you won't have any noise from the street, making it nice and quiet.

The property is located in Zuilen, about a 10-minute bike ride from Utrecht city center. Julianapark is right next door and shopping center Rokade (with Albert Heijn, Etos, and Kruidvat, among others) is within walking distance.

The apartment is rented fully furnished. We're looking for a tidy tenant (or couple) who will take good care of our lovely home.

Period: immediately through December 2026
Rent: €2,000 per month, incl. gas/water/electricity/internet
Deposit: 1 month's rent
