About the place

I am subletting my apartment while I am visiting family in Germany for two months.

The apartment has a nice and spacious feel to it with high ceilings and large windows. The rooms are:
- main room with kitchen, kitchen table, living area with a sofa, and work area with a desk.
- bedroom
- bathroom
- separate toilet
There is also a beautiful garden in the backyard, which you can use.

Very central location in Utrecht, just around the corner from the Dom. You can reach by foot:
- supermarket in about 5 minutes
- a range of restaurants and cafes in under 5 minutes
- the central city shopping streets in under 10 minutes
- train station Utrecht Centraal in under 15 minutes,
and the beautiful old town of Utrecht right outside your door. By bike, you have all of Utrecht at your fingertips.

I am subletting this apartment; this has been fully cleared with the landlord (the 1500 Euros I'm asking for here is just the rent + utilities I pay myself). All utilities (heat, electricity, wifi, etc.) are included. No smoking allowed.

The exact dates of subletting are negotiable. Preferably I'm looking for someone to stay 6-9 weeks.

I will be leaving some of my belongings in the flat. Viewings are possible in person or online.
