About the place

I'm looking for someone to sublet my apartment for six months, with flexible dates that we can agree on together. This apartment is perfect for a student who wants a quiet place to stay while exploring the area. It's ideally located between the city center and the university, both just a 5-minute bike ride away. The station is easily accessible, and the University Sports Center is only 1 minute on foot. The bus station and a shopping center are also just a short walk away.

The apartment itself is a cozy space, featuring a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and TV. The separate bedroom provides a peaceful retreat, and the large balcony is great for relaxing. It's fully furnished, and the kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials. If you'd like additional appliances, such as an air fryer or a coffee machine, I can arrange that for you. There’s no washing machine in the apartment, but there’s a laundry room available in the complex.

I'm looking for someone who doesn’t mind taking care of my plants during the stay. Please note that parties or loud gatherings are not allowed in the building, as it’s a mix of students and permanent residents.
