Newly built apartment with balcony, storage and parking (optional) is located in the center of Tilburg and is situated in the convent garden of the former convent of the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity. The apartment building is part of the second phase in the transformation of the monumental monastery complex.

The complex is located in the middle of the city and also in the middle of greenery. It is situated directly behind the theater/music hall and on the Louis Bouwmeester Square. It offers direct access to the city center without affecting the characteristic seclusion of the monastery garden. From the monastery garden you can walk straight into the adjacent city park.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is facing southwest. The windows are thereby equipped with electrically operated blinds (screens). It has energy label A+++, is gas-free and heating (low temperature floor heating) and cooling (floor cooling) take place through a heat and cold generation system. This ensures a comfortable temperature on cold days and cooling during hot days. Solar panels are installed on the roof of the complex.

The apartment is fully upholstered and furnished, with a fully equipped luxury designer kitchen with Bosch appliances (combi-oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, extractor and dishwasher).
