The house is located between the city center and the popular education/recreational stappegoor area, near Ringbaan zuid. within 5 minutes you can be on the highway towards either Eindhoven, Den Bosch or Breda.
There is paid parking for cars(permit). 
City center and Stappegoor are within 15 minutes walking
Tilburg university is around 15 minutes on bicycle.

Ground floor:
Entrance with utilities clauset, coat hanger area and entrance to the living room and toilet.
Newly fitted kitchen fully equipped with:
-Miele (Oven, cooking plate, dish washer and full size refrigerator)

The floor is heated, and there is an Air-conditioning to provide a nice and cool place to escape the summer heat.
You also get a garden facing the south which you can access through double opening doors making it feel like it is part of your living room.

First floor:
New bathroom with shower, toilet and washing cabinet.
master bedroom (big window on the south garden) with king-sized bed, clauset, and air-condition for both heating and cooling.
Guet bedroom (big window on the north east side)  with pull out bed and airconditioning for both heating and cooling.
Study with high adjustable desk and also a big south facing window.

As you can see there are no expenses spared in making this house top of the line and modern. With the renovation all Floors, walls and ceilings got insulated to the latest standards to ensure the house being environment friendly and low energy cost.
The warm water and floor heating is provided by an eco friendly heat pump which checks the hourly energy prices and makes sure you save a lot of costs by getting the heat on the cheap. 
There is no gas, so no worries of carbon monoxide!
There are linked smoke detectors on all emergency paths so you can rest easy.
