About the place

Apartment is in the attic of a residential house. That means a common front door with its own door that can be locked. In the attic you have everything to yourself. It is a quiet neighborhood where you can park freely. A bicycle is included in the rent. 
The house has a large garden which may be used. Also, the house is slightly noisy. In the house live three children and a rabbit. The interaction with the residents is minimal. 
We are preferably looking for a working ( student) who is doing (further) education and using the room as a Pied-à-terre/ base place in between. Previously there was a gynecologist in training or a PhD student in mathematics.
