## Who are we looking for?

Are you a student, or do you combine your studies with a part-time job? Then we'd love to hear from you! We are looking for a reliable housemate who enjoys sharing a house with **two female students and two male students**. We are looking for someone who intends to stay for the longer term.

You will share the bathroom, kitchen (equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine) and a pleasant garden.

## Safety and sustainability

The house has recently been renovated and has an **Energy Label A**. The walls and roof have been insulated, and the property is fitted with **HR++ double glazing** for improved energy efficiency. There are also **2 solar panels** on the roof, helping to reduce electricity costs.

For your safety, every bedroom is equipped with an **interconnected smoke detector**. If one detector is activated, all smoke detectors in the house will sound.
