There are various facilities in the immediate vicinity, including the shopping center, recreation park 'De Plantage' which is the oldest city-park of the Netherlands, public transport, free parking at the street, important highways. Rotterdam can be reached within a few minutes' drive.

The apartment is available from June 1st, for a period of 1 year. 
There are 2 solar panels in the apartment. 
The rental price does not include gas, water, electricity, internet, etc. 
The deposit is €1850,-.
