The property is located in the center of Sas van Gent with numerous entertainment options within walking distance. Various cafes and restaurants provide the necessary relaxation, and for daily groceries, you are quickly at the local bakery, the Lidl, and the Albert Heijn. When you enter the house, you step into the hall with the meter cupboard. The toilet is also accessed from the hall. You then walk through the corridor to the other rooms. To the left, we immediately enter the bathroom, which is adjacent to the toilet. The bathroom and toilet were renovated at the end of 2021, and the bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a double natural stone washbasin. If we walk straight ahead in the corridor, we enter the separate laundry room. The washing machine is located here. On the floor plan, the room is marked in blue.

The next room we enter from the corridor is the bedroom. This bedroom of approximately 21 m² comes furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. The room has large windows, which provide plenty of natural light.
