The apartment is situated in a quiet and well-kept neighborhood with plenty of greenery in the surroundings. Shops, public transport, hospitality industry within a short distance.

This elegant 1-bedroom apartment is designed for comfort and convenience, with a bright living and dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a toilet, separate laundry area, and a private balcony. Enjoy premium amenities such as a smart (Android) TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi .

The apartment is in a typical mansion house that belongs in Rotterdam. It is build in 1929!

The apartment has 2 separate rooms , living room with fully equiped kitchen and a bedroom with 2 pers. bed  1.60× 200cm or can be separated to 80 x 200 .

You will have access to clean towels during your stay however;
Contribute to a clean environment. You can contribute to this by using your towel more than once.
