About the place

Due to my vacation, I'm temporarily renting out my apartment. It's available as a vacation rental for two months, from February 1st to March 31st, 2026 (possibly from January 26th).

Modern, private, fully furnished and equipped apartment in the center of Rotterdam, 55m², maximum 2 persons. 

Enjoy the fantastic view with all the comforts you need, just a few minutes' walk from public transport, various coffee bars, restaurants, shops, Rotterdam Zoo, and Vroesenpark.

Within walking distance of Rotterdam Central Station (10 minutes) and also very conveniently located near the highway entrance and Rotterdam The Hague Airport.

You are very welcome to stay in the apartment. Please note the following:
- No additional guests
- No pets
- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Costs (to pay in advance):
- Price per month: €1,650
- Monthly service charges; €350 Use of furniture/textiles, internet, heating, water, electricity (for normal use; excess costs will be charged)
- Deposit: €1,500
- Final cleaning: €250
However, the apartment must be kept clean during the stay and left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition upon departure.

The property
The apartment is located on the 9th floor. The building entrance provides access to the public staircase and the elevator.

The apartment's hallway provides access to all rooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a combination microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, and kettle.
The bedroom has a double bed with a bedside table and a chest of drawers for clothes.

The hallway also provides access to the internal storage room where the washer-dryer is located.
