Location & Lifestyle
Step outside and the city is at your feet. Within a 2-minute walk you are already in the heart of Rotterdam, while Rotterdam Central Station is just a 12-minute walk away. Eendrachtsplein metro station and Dijkzigt station are both around 5 minutes on foot, offering excellent connections across the city and beyond.
You live around the corner from Nieuwe Binnenweg, with supermarkets, great restaurants, cosy cafés and unique local shops such as Jordy’s Bakery and Koekela close by. For shopping, Lijnbaan and Binnenwegplein are right on the edge of the city centre.
Culture lovers will feel at home here: the area is surrounded by museums including the Kunsthal, Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, the Depot, Het Nieuwe Instituut and the Natural History Museum. The street itself sits in the heart of the Gallery District, with several galleries just steps away.
When the sun is out, relax in Museumpark (5 minutes) or Euromastpark (15 minutes), or enjoy skyline views with a walk along the River Maas. There is also a lovely shared community garden at the end of the street.
Cinema Kino is around the corner, with Cinerama and Pathé nearby for both arthouse and mainstream films. Popular cafés such as Dizzy, Westerpaviljoen, Rotown and Boudewijn are all within easy walking distance.
Street parking and nearby garages are available. From here you can reach the motorway towards The Hague and Utrecht in about 15 minutes. Direct metro connections also take you to Hoek van Holland beach — perfect for a day by the sea.
