About the place

I am renting a new 2-room apartment, on Ruilstraat, Rotterdam.
It has its own central heating, furnished, equipped, and a parking space included in the price.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a fairly large wardrobe for two people, a living room with a dining area composed of a table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking.
The apartment has cable TV, internet Wifi, air conditioning and a balcony.
