A 15-minute walk to Central Station or the Rotterdam city center. Shops, public transport (tram, metro, bus), and major highways (A20/A13) are just around the corner. The cosy Vroesen park is only a 5 minutes walk away.

Fully furnished and decorated. Includes a TV, washing machine and luxury built-in equipment (combi microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, plenty of cabinet space, etc.). You only need to bring your toothbrush.
