Apartment for rent on Narcissenstraat near the Zuidplein shopping center. This is a 2-room apartment with a private shower and toilet. The apartment is approximately 60 m². 

The minimum income requirement is €1500; if your income is lower, a guarantor must be provided. Additionally, we are looking for a (inter)national student who wants to stay in the apartment for a maximum of 2 years. This is therefore a temporary rental. The contract is for one person. Housing allowance is possible but at your own risk/responsibility.
