About the place

Due to fieldwork, we are subletting our apartment in Rotterdam West from June 2026 until May 2027. If a slightly earlier or later start date works better for you, feel free to reach out, we’re happy to be flexible.
The apartment is a bright, fully furnished ground-floor home with a garden, located on a pleasant street in Rotterdam West. It offers approximately 68 m² of living space, including a living room with open kitchen and access to a balcony, a spacious bedroom, and a separate toilet. The basement level includes a bathroom, ample storage space, and an additional room that can be used as an office or guest room, with access to the garden.
The location is very convenient: Rotterdam Central Station is just a 5-minute bike ride away.
