About the place

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained apartment complex. You will live in the most vibrant neighborhood of the city, West-Kruiskade. The best shops, restaurants and the multicultural vibe can be found here. 
The central station and metro are 7 minute walking distance from the apartment, the tram 2 minutes walk. 

Layout:

Ground floor: Closed porch with mailboxes, doorbells and stairs to the 2nd floor.

2nd floor:
Entrance/Hall separated by a door from a very spacious living room and the kitchen. This is furnished with a hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a oven. The living room offers access to the bright balcony, perfect for who loves having a lot of plants and who likes eating outside during spring and summer. 
The bathroom has a walking shower, sink, cabinet and shelves. There is another small room with the washing machine, several shelves and the cv-Ketel. The toilet has a small sink as well.
The bedroom is small, with a sofa bed, which becomes a double bed, and a table with ergonomic chair, which can be used as office desk for remote work.
