About the place

The 2nd-floor apartment is equipped with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, a toilet, a living room, and a balcony. Located in Kralingen Rotterdam in a nice neighbourhood, there is a tram stop 3-minute walk from the apartment, a metro stop which is 10 minutes away and it is a 7-minute bike ride to the University of Rotterdam. It is also a 15-minute walk to Blaak station and there is a small shopping centre close by. The service covers all utilities, WiFi, and taxes.  The contract begins on the 1st of September with a possibility to extend and registration is possible. It is a two-bedroom apartment. One female student is currently living in one-bedroom, looking for another female to rent the second bedroom.
