About the place

hi tenant, I have a small room available in my apartment, which I would like to offer to a student or a working person. The room is not large and all other facilities are shared with me, the only other resident. I am quite clean and have many hobbies, which sometimes brings a bit of untidyness. You are welcome to join in the household (hanging out in the living room, walking the dog) or keep to yourself as you wish. From your room, you have access to the shared balcony, and the apartment is a 2-minute walk from Rotterdam Lombardijen Station. I am a calm person who works from home a lot and therefore needs a quiet tenant. I have an old dog who, in principle, does not go into the room but roams free in the rest of the house. Bringing your own pets is possible by arrangement. I maintain a drama-free life, so please take that into account when going out and having friends over.
