About the place

I am going to rent out a room in my cosy house in Rijswijk for 2 months (1 month also possible). this house is located on the 7th floor of the building with a big balcony.
Tenant can rent this room for at least 1 month within 01 Nov till 30 Dec .

The Train/Tram/Bus station is just in 5 minutes' walk . travel distance by train(in minutes) :
Delft 4 m 
Rotterdam central 18 m 
Denhaag (The Hague) 11 m 
Leiden 20 m

Supermarket ,restaurant, grocery, sportcity within 2 minutes walk. I would like to host easygoing and friendly people .I would like cultural exchange and travelling .the speaking language in my house is English .
