About the place

This charming spacious upper house is located in the middle of the historic centre of Rhenen. It concerns a beautiful furnished living space with authentic details and a spacious roof terrace located on the 1st and 2nd floor.
Via a fixed staircase you reach the terrace to then enter the house. Upon entering you will find the kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combi oven, 5-burner stove with wok burner and extractor hood. From the living room you have a view of the lively centre and the Cuneratoren. In the hall with a toilet room is the staircase to the 2nd floor. On this floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and 2nd toilet. There is a shared bicycle shed on the ground floor and storage attic.

The living space is located in the centre of Rhenen with all amenities nearby and the bus stop in front of the door. The train station is also within walking distance. Rhenen is located approximately 7 kilometers from the towns of Wageningen and Veenendaal and 10 minutes by car from the A12 and A15 highways.
Pets are not allowed. Please include a brief introduction of yourself and any other residents with your response.

We will perform a rental check before the viewing. For this we need the following:

– Copy of front and back of ID or passport;
– Copy of front and back of bank card;
– 3 recent pay slips;
– Bank statement showing that your salary has been deposited there;
– Bank statement showing the debit of the rent/mortgage;
– Completed attached personal details form;
– Personal letter with a brief introduction of yourself and any other residents.
